I have a JLD installed on my Larrivee Parlor (long story). I remember asking Dieter at K&K some time ago about it. I don't remember his exact response but he was quick with a well thought out reply. For whatever reason, I never got to installing one. One thing to keep in mind... the truss is below the saddle (between the saddle and endblock) and the K&K goes on the bridgeplate between the saddle and x brace (or in more obvious terms, on the other side of the saddle.) Thinking it through, the thing I see as more of an issue is getting the endpin jack in a place that won't interfere with the rod (part of the truss) that goes down to the endblock. All that said, I'd heartily suggest you email the folks at K&K for info. And, I suggest their pickups with whatever little my suggestion is worth.
