I am looking for a comfortable guitar stool. Searches on the net have not turned up anything that really moves me. An adjustable model <$75 is my target. Anyone have any favorite playing seats to recommend?

I am sure Neal has stool experiences to share. Huh Nealer?
I say splurge for a Soundseat, not sure if they have a stool but, they sure are awesome. C'mon you stool experts! |

will still be around $200.

Powerandwisdom, just took a gander at those seats and they are terrific looking. I'm think'in I can use it for triple duty, computer desk, fly tying
bench, and guitar playing. I don't see how she could argue with that kind of logic! |

They are not cheap, but the Soundseats are worth every penny IMO. Very well-conceived and high quality product. JR also provides excellent customer service.

Wow! Thanks everyone. I sure do hope you like it Rocky. It will probably ship Monday, so you have plenty of time to get her used to it.

I love my Soundseat - it's my main chair for everything. Thanks for your great product and service! Hey, I even like the red leather my wife made me get ;) -Neal Education is not filling a bucket, but lighting a

Careful Neal, sometimes they make you get red because it masks blood stains. So you better be good!
Thanks again, J. R.

Welcome aboard the Breedlove train J.R. I have never heard one bad word about the Soundseat. I can remember when you were just getting them going and we were
all over at another forum site. Anyway welcome aboard.

Looks like either Blind Willie Johnson or Blind Lemon Jefferson to me.

J R at Soundseat wrote: Nope. It is a picture of Blind Blake. In fact, I was just reading somewhere recently that it is the only official authentic picture that has been recorded of him. That is not to say there aren't others but the book I was reading stated it was the only one that was known of for sure. I know it is the only picture I have ever seen when I see a picture of Blind Blake. He was considered by Rev. Gary Davis to have "a sportin' right hand." He developed that stumble bass sound for his rags. |

I knew I'd seen that pic; just forgot Blind Blake for a bit, I guess.
