That's a good price for a Focus lefty.

With Breedlove's Custom Shop, you've got the catalog models, such as the Focus, and then you've also got the option to build your dream guitar. The catalog models are great and offer a bit of a better deal, but to build your dream guitar is pretty sweet, too.

Since you've already got two major changes that you want to make already, you might want to look into doing a dream guitar. Check out Breedlove Custom

Do you want a cutaway, non-cutaway? Different electronics? No electronics? Custom inlay?

Also, consider going for Master Class rather than the Performance Series, primarily because higher wood grades are used. If you do a bare-bones Master Class concert body with cutaway, cedar top, and mahogany back/sides, you're likely looking at a slightly higher price, but that higher wood grade would be worth it.
