I think it is sold, there was a post on the Mandolin Cafe where one of the members was asking about an OF ... It is a steal!
Edit to Add: Was over on the Cafe and found the guy that was looking at the OF, it actually was with a Gig Bag and for $600. He is thrilled and got a screamin' deal. Another member chimed in that he is picking one (OF) up tomorrow with hard case for $800. It appears that deals abound! FP'r now is your chance to pick one up. (It is only 1/2 the size of the two newest Guits you have brought home, so it will be easier to hide )

Jen's workplace is having layoffs soon, don't expect bad news but it pays to be prudent. In fact Jen is a bigger enabler than anyone else, gets more excited about my hobbies than I do. Somehow though this one is different, it feels like this desire to play and share music will be with me till the end. Does that make sense? And that was a good price for a Quartz OF.

On a serious note: FP'r~ I totally understand. I would like to share Jen's optiimizm that this will passover without effect on you both. On the other front of support. I experience that everyday here too. On a non-serious note: FP'r~It just sounds to me like you are in denial of the great desire that you have to play mandolin. I say embrace your inner mandolin player as you do
your inner guitar player and make even more music to fill you house and life.

I almost jumped in the car to...well almost, the inner guitar player tripped the inner mandolin player and stepped on his neck. And this is good because if they are fighting it out my G.A.S. is in remission. <grin> Michael you are smooth. Between Michael and my brother Tommie who calls and talks to my wife about getting a mando just so he can come down and learn on it with her...well it is a losing battle. Since it's inevitable, you may as well embrace it; learn to love your inner Evita!
