I always learn a ton of stuff.
It's great fun.
It improves my own playing.
It has gotten me new chances to play with other people that I wouldn't have ever met otherwise

To get back to the topic, I never pass up a chance to play with people who are better than me:
They are always gracious and supportive. I always learn a ton of stuff. It's great fun. It improves my own playing. It has gotten me new chances to play with other people that I wouldn't have ever met otherwise
