000 Posts: 399 October 3, 2009 16:30:59	Tags : None Snow is in the forecast for tonight and tomorrow so I decided to get my small family together for one last group photo outside. Left to right: Siobhan ('08' Larrivee OM-05MT), Rebus ('09' Martin OM-1), Emerson ('74' Guild D-25M), not named because I keep making changes to it ('92+' Martin HD28 kit) It's a nice collection of shapes, sizes, sounds, etc. but I've recently heard them whispering that they'd like to have a cedar-topped sibling -- it's not going to happen for quite a while though.

000 Posts: 399 October 4, 2009 10:15:13	Thanks for the comments. We had a very, very light dusting overnight but it (snow) is still in the forecast for today and tonight. FP, I used to like winter a lot more than I do now too. I still like it but it does make for more work, etc. I guess it's time for me to man up too. Luckily I won't have to get the snowblower out for at least another month (I hope).

Here where I live in Washington if we get a skiff of snow the whole area comes to a halt. Makes me laugh but I still don't need a snowblower as it is most often gone by later the same day or at the latest by the next day. ragtime man

Parlor Posts: 15 October 5, 2009 12:56:44	haha ragtime i live in Washington too (or, specifically in western WA where this applies) so i know what you mean. i've been in IL for school these past years and nobody believes me when i tell them that back in WA 2 inches of snow means school's canceled. a foot of snow...we're pretty much back in the dark ages. wilee, awesome pic and great collection/family of guitars! I'm in Western Washington also. A bit south of Seattle. There are a number of folks who all live close to I-5 in WA and OR. I grew up in Northern Wis. on Lake Superior so I know what snow can be like. We actually got more snow there than when I was living in Alaska. ragtime man
