This is a 2007 Breedlove Focus SE Dreadnought with Red Spruce/Indian Rosewood. Price is $2,399, which includes hardshell case and free shipping to the continental U.S. This guitar is new and you would be purchasing from an authorized dealer, and thus would receive the benefit of Breedlove's warranty.
This guitar has been at my shop as a demo model for just under two years now. It's essentially been preserved in my storeroom for the past two years. MacNichol is a by-appointment shop and the instruments are played by few but experienced hands. An instrument is typically played by one to three people before it's sold, but demo models are typically a year old and have been played by five to ten people. Instruments are stored in their cases in a climate-controlled room.
